Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 day working from home after probation)

My client, a well-regarded, successful business based in Hoddesdon are growing and as a result are recruiting an Administrator to join their friendly, approachable team. In this role your responsibility will be to provide administration support to the sales team, your day-to-day duties will consist of:
- Providing administration support to 5 members of the sales team.
- Respond to customer enquiries and quotes.
- Adding new customers to the database.
- Checking order details and processing orders via Xero and Mintsoft.
- Update the system with price changes and use spreadsheets to track data.
- Manage all product changes and respond to customer requests for information.
- Manage stock levels and highlight when stock levels run low.
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers.
- Call existing customers to upsell products.
- Update customer folders online according to company guidance.
- Review and complete contract documentation.
- Supporting the service department, inputting jobs on to the system.
- Update service customers.
About you:
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a sales support role is desirable.
- You will have a confident can-do personality.
- You must be highly organised and proactive.
- You must be able to work under pressure.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
