MATERNITY CONTRACT


ASAP start - April 2022



Working part of a small team, in a 'family feel' office environment, you'll be responsible for all the Administration, filing, archiving, answering calls. You'll be a key part of the team, you'll be empathetic, compassionate, understanding and have caring personality. Due the nature of this business, these attributes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Organise and administer the DBS

  • Provide administration support

  • Organise appointments and manage relevant correspondence

  • Produce data reports and KPI's for the department

  • Process relevant risk assessments

  • Update and use the text service

  • Maintain department filling systems, keeping everything up to date.

  • Liaise with all referral agencies

  • Ensure that effective confidentiality procedures are adhered to

  • Operate robust and safe levels of practice regarding lone working.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as may be requested by the CEO or line manager.
