JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: Gravesend

SALARY: £18,000- £20,000 per annum

INDUSTRY: Construction

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

CULTURE: Successful company with large contracts that are growing. Close team with lots of banter!

We're teaming up with the Director of this business to find a new member to join their team. This would be an ideal role for somebody who wants to gain more office experience.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Ordering materials

  • Data Entry on Excel

  • Purchasing tools for different jobs

  • Assisting the Accounts team with invoicing duties

  • Admin duties including filing, taking phone calls, replying to emails

We'd love to speak to candidates:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good Admin skills and an excellent telephone manner

  • Previous accounts experience

  • Immediate availability preferable

  • Experience working within the Construction industry is essential
