The role:


You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks.


Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge.



  • You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, you will also manage and collate company data and act as a primary response for the phone system.

  • Meeting and greeting clients when they visit the office.

  • Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with Client queries.

  • Managing the database of clients and diary management.

  • Managing correspondence for clients and providers.

  • Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters / Data Entry.


What skills do you need?


Team fit is incredibly important here so if you have a friendly, helpful nature, provide excellent service at all times, enjoy being in a professional working environment and have superb attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!


A sound educational background such as a degree or equivalent would be beneficial for this role however your attributes are more important such as problem solving and IT proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook/Word and Excel.


Full training will be provided by this supportive team.
