We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within a high-pressure environment and isn't fazed by juggling priorities and ensuring all the boxes are ticked at the end of the day.

THE ROLE:-



  • The main remit of the role will be dealing with customer queries by telephone/e-mail and processing their orders accurately.

  • Due to where this role is positioned you must also be tech savvy and able to troubleshoot any technical issues the customer is facing i.e., resetting passwords, or providing step by step instructions on how to use the online portals in place.


HOW YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK: -



  • Answering incoming queries to the business efficiently and professionally

  • Processing of all client orders and prioritising relevant paperwork

  • Demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills to gain a full understanding of the customer's requirements

  • Working alongside the account management team to resolve any technical queries

  • Daily support of the Operations Manager including regular reviews and suggestions for potential improvements to be implemented to established processes

  • Ensuring data is up to date and readily available

  • Administration support for various teams including the Finance team


KEY SKILLS:-



  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills

  • You'll be comfortable with technology and love using technology in your job

  • Demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills

  • Previous experience within a software or SaaS company (desirable)

  • Able to use own initiative and adhere to tight deadlines

  • Natural ability to build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business
