⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and one Saturday a month

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings.

  • Updating worksheets with changes and statuses of each customer job.

  • Liaising with technicians to book follow-on jobs for customers.

  • Always providing a high level of personalised customer service.

  • All other reasonable duties as and when required.

  • Excellent communication skills that'll make our customers feel heard and valued.

  • Previous customer service experience within a call centre or contact centre setting / Recruitment / Sales

  • Professionalism and tactfulness in dealing with customers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Two excellent work-related references to prove your competence.
