Administrator - French Speaking Role

Office Angels are recruiting for an Administrator to join our international client. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £21,000pa plus other company benefits. This role is situated on the outskirts of the city centre and offers free on site parking with work from home options currently available. Due to supporting an international team, fluent French is essential for this role.

The duties:

  • Administration tasks including data entry and application drafting

  • Liaising with other international offices via phone and email

  • Translating company documents from English in to French

  • Liaising with various third parties and updating the status of claims

  • Handling email enquiries

  • Ad hoc tasks such as- data entry, updating records, reviewing documents

The ideal candidate :

  • Fluent French is essential for this role - both written and verbal

  • Strong communicator

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Attention to detail is crucial

  • Additional European languages would be beneficial but not essential
