Administrator - French speaker

Office Angels are partnering with a leading Manufacturing company based in Southampton in their search for a French speaking Administrator to start ASAP. This is a 3 month temporary role with opportunities of a permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to customers, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and dispatched with the correct documentation

  • Assisting with service requests when needed

  • Ensuring that all customer issues are dealt with and recorded correctly

  • Creating customer reports as required for customer rebates and sales analysis

The client is seeking someone who is fluent in French, is an excellent communicator and has previous Sales Administrator experience and is a confident user of Microsoft office suite.
