We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client in Christchurch.
Position: Administrator
Location: Christchurch
Job Type: Temporary
Hourly wage: £11.39-£13 per hour
Working hours: 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
You will need access to your own vehicle to get to the location
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising orders
- Processing orders
- Inputting information into the PO system
- Forwarding invoices
- Covering reception when needed
- Answering calls, taking messages
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of common office software, including Excel and Word
- Specific knowledge of school systems such as Integris, SBS, and Access Dimensions is desirable, but training will be provided
- Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure required
- Ideally AAT qualified
