Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the financial services industry, are looking to recruit an Administrator. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will be….



  • Produce accurate and well-presented reports

  • Enter accurate notes

  • Prepare pre-meeting documents, packs and letters to clients

  • Upload client documentation where required

  • Ensure documents are stored in correct folders.

  • Ensure an accurate and up to date diary system and/or spreadsheet entries for annual reviews are maintained at all times.

  • Ensure all annual reviews are completed within agreed timescale

  • Set diary reminders for administrators

  • Document outcome of all client review meetings on file and database

  • Book client appointment if required.

  • Run ID checks when required

  • Answer incoming telephone calls when Reception are unable to take the call

  • Making drinks for clients and visitors

  • Develop good communication skills with advisors/other administrators in the team

  • Attend regular training meetings to maintain knowledge of existing products and services

  • Work to and strive to achieve weekly and monthly team productivity targets

  • Occasional ad hoc duties and holiday cover within the Administration Department

Can do attitude, sense of humour and use of common sense is a must. Candidates must be willing to learn new things and be interested in a career in the financial services industry.


Previous experience working in an office is desirable.


The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
