Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting leader in modernising sport to recruit for a Fixed Term Administrator until 1st August 2022. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record as an Administrator looking for a flexible working pattern as you will start on two days per week Nov-Dec, 3 days a week Jan-Feb, 4 days per week Mar - April and full time from June onwards. You will be working in the office in St. Andrews some days and remotely others, office hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 35hrs per week, with a highly competitive salary.


Role Overview


You will work support the Assistant, wider committee and team as well in the run up to events within the business with a variety of administration support.


Experience and Skills Required (including but not limited to):









� General secretarial and administrative duties


� General correspondence


� Spreadsheet updates


� Liaising with members and the general public


� Managing and monitoring a volunteer online portal


� General correspondence and compilation of databases for volunteers


� Fielding general enquiries including contractor and consultant queries


� Preparing correspondence for senior team members


� Liaising with other businesses on matters relating to the department


� Assist with preparation for briefings


� Dealing with applications and health forms


� Registrations at briefings


� Maintaining accurate records


� Taking minutes at meetings




Skills and Experience required


ESSENTIAL:



  • Previous experience in a secretarial and administrative role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)

  • Experience in operating web platforms and portals

  • Experience in taking and transcribing minutes

  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels

  • High accuracy and attention to detail
