Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm


*Must be a car driver due to location

My client, a successful financial consultancy company based in Chelmsford, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who develop their team and promote within.


Responsibilities:



  • Supporting the Advisers by providing them with up-to-date client information for Annual Reviews

  • Adding and updating client details / policy information onto the client servicing spreadsheet

  • Obtaining provider valuations

  • Quarterly Client Servicing Project

  • Performing Money Laundering checks and producing ML Certificates (MLC)

  • Producing Transaction Confirmation letters

  • Collating and populating relevant forms & paperwork

  • Dealing with associated Client queries

  • Calling clients to book appointments and adding to the diary

  • Other general administrative duties - e.g., writing letters



Essential Skills:



  • Taking a pride in their work,

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • The ability to work on own initiative and manage various tasks to ensure they are completed within the agreed timescales.

  • Numerate, with clear written and spoken language skills and able to write client-facing material.

  • The work involved requires an ability to concentrate and remain focused in order to ensure high levels of accuracy.

  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft systems is essential, in particular Excel and Word.



Desirable Skills



  • Experience with Back Office Systems - particularly Intelliflo

  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry
