Administrator - Finance Team

JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: Working from home! This is a remote position, with just occasional visits to the office in West Sussex.

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £23,000 p/a

Due to a promotion within the team, we are looking to recruit a logically minded and numerical administrator to join a forward thinking and progressive company within the financial sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate record keeping

  • Logging errors

  • Ensuring internal records and external bank accounts are in sync

  • Precise funding calculations

  • Perform checks on the posting process of the ledgers

  • MI Collation and reporting

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders

About you:

  • Numerical with good data entry skills

  • Excellent IT skills, including confident user of MS Excel

  • Self-organised, with the self-motivation to work independently from home

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
