JOB TITLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £21,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

THE COMPANY: A local friendly accountancy firm with a national presence who really look after their staff and have great staff retention because of this.
THE ROLE: Seeking an administrator who is looking for a varied role within a friendly and supportive team to become an integral part of the office.
KEY DUTIES:
- Working on reception, meeting & greeting clients, answering calls on the busy switchboard
- Coordinating work of the office apprentice
- Liaising with and being key point of contact for Facilities team to coordinate ongoing jobs
- Client admin, including banking and statements
- Managing Health & Safety
- Keeping staff holidays & sickness up to date, approving timesheets
- Organise staff socials and events, including the Christmas party - collating invites, menu choices, booking and liaising with venue
- Putting marketing literature together for clients and events
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Organising client and staff Christmas gifting
- Ordering equipment - IT, mobile phone upgrades
- Booking meeting rooms, meeting refreshments and keeping rooms tidy and presentable
- Ordering marketing materials and promotional goods
- Booking staff training courses
- Ordering stationery
- Dealing with post and packages to be couriered
- Any other ad hoc jobs that may arise
THE CANDIDATE:
- The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised and accurate in their duties, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client care
- Adaptability and flexibility are key, as you will be required to have a hands-on, proactive approach to daily administrative tasks within the team
- You will have excellent IT and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
- Experienced working within an administrative/office environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
