TITLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Central Exeter
SALARY: Up to 25,000 per annum DOE

HOURS: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Flexible hours scheme available around core hours of 9am-4pm

They are widely recognised for their exceptional knowledge base across all business sectors and areas of financial management.
THE ROLE: The Administrator will play an essential role for this business, being the first point of contact, responsible for a variation of clerical duties, supporting a team of accountants and partners, and becoming the go-to person for the company. An additional part of this role is assisting with the company's finance administration; however, a finance background is not essential - just a strong attention to detail.
KEY DUTIES:
- Ensure efficient operation of the office
- Being the first port of call, answering the phones
- Supporting the team and accountants in undertaking their role
- Dealing with queries from clients, filtering calls accordingly
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- Assisting with invoices and billing
- Providing general assistance to the partners and managers
- Day to day organisation and running of the reception function, dealing with post, filtering calls
- Dealing with emails
- Filing paperwork
- Support the office with general admin tasks, copying, typing and ordering of materials and stationery
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in an administrative role
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
- Ability to show initiative and work within a team
- Ability to build good client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with people at various levels
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage own workload in a timely manner while all the time ensuring to exceed client expectations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in circumstances
- Accuracy and attention to detail
