TITLE: Administrator


LOCATION: Exeter


SALARY: £21,000-£25,000 per annum DOE


BENEFITS: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, contributory pension scheme, death in service benefit, discounted servicing and repairs


HOURS: Full time, Monday-Friday, core hours 8.30am-5.00pm however flexible times will be considered for the right person - earlier/later start or finish!


THE COMPANY: A successful family automotive dealership with branches across the South, representing a variety of global car and commercial vehicle manufacturers. They provide a trusted service to customers in their modern showrooms and service repair centres, with fully qualified technicians and highly knowledgeable advisors.


THE ROLE: The Administrator will join the Exeter branch in their state-of-the-art showroom and be part of a friendly and down to earth 6-strong team who have all been with the company a number of years. As the Administrator, you will use your strong administration skills supporting the Fleet Manager and Sales Admin team with the communication and delivery of orders. This will include frequently speaking with customers using your effective communication skills, collecting information, coordinating, and updating systems as required.


DUTIES INCLUDE:


� Interacting and communicating with key customers


� Assisting the Fleet Manager with the communication and delivery of all fleet orders


� Lease agreements


� Invoicing


� Day to day Sales administration:


o creating / adding information to invoices


o customer information


o using inhouse systems


o scheduling of delivery


ABOUT YOU:


� A proven track record in customer services


� Experienced administrator ideally having worked in a sales administration role or logistical administration


� Works well in a team


� A keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and time frames


� Competent IT skills


� Experience with Kerridge beneficial, however full support and training will be provided if required


If you have a background within the motor/vehicle industry this would be desirable but not essential.
