Office Angels are looking for an enthusiastic Events Administrator to join an ambitious and rapidly growing tech company based in Hoxton. This is a great opportunity to work within a social and friendly team with future progression opportunities.

Hoxton | 2 months on-going with potential to be extended or go permanent | Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm (4:30pm finish on a Friday) | Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week) | £12ph plus exclusive OA benefits! | Must be available to start immediately

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work alongside the Events Manager and Events Coordinator, to support the planning and delivery of virtual events

  • Ensure the smooth running of our virtual University Fairs. Support preparation for the event by setting up booths, and on the day by sending reminders of session start times, moderating conversations in booths, and solving any technical issues that arise

  • Work with the Events Manager to organise our in-person company conferences and provide on-the-day support

  • Support our Events Coordinator to manage the logistics of our conference equipment and make sure equipment and materials are delivered to external conferences and returned to the office in time.

  • Support our Events Coordinator to maintain an up-to-date inventory of all our conference equipment and work with the rest of the Marketing team to update conference equipment and printed materials as and when needed

Person Specification

  • Previous experience within an administrative position

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint & Excel

  • Engaging with strong communication skills

  • Events experience (desirable)
