HOURS: 9am-5pm
SALARY: £20-£22k


LOCATION: Croydon - 5 days a week in the office

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO




  • Telephone - Answer all telephone calls promptly and professionally.


Front of house - Meet and greet all guests, offer refreshments. Inform employee they are here to see of their arrival.



  • Office maintenance - Ensure that office is always clean and tidy and has what it needs.

  • Stationary - Order weekly stationary for office, making sure that we are stocked up (see Stationary list)

  • Social media - Post weekly posts, ensuring that one site post a week goes out. Charity posts, public holidays, memorable days etc.

  • Events - Organise and book all events. SBC Parties, subcontractor days, golf days, team building etc.

  • Training - Book all training for employees and keep logs of all prior training as well as when they run out.

  • HR queries - Deal with any HR queries for your team.


New starter induction and it set up - Induct all new starters and get all IT equipment set up, order all stationary they may need as well as any desk items, IT equipment etc.



  • Fixed assets - Keep record of all fixed assets and upload to sage HR.

  • Invoicing - Daily split the emails out of the invoicing folder into the correct job that they relate to.

  • Defects - keeping admin side of information up to date, supporting defects manager with admin needs, close out old defects out of warranty

  • Procore - add new companies and users, before a company can be added a credit check must be done and then final approval from directors.

  • Credit checks - credit check all suppliers and subcontractors prior

  • Auditing - Monthly audit meetings to point out any nonconformances, review policies and procedures. End of year audit is to be complete.

  • Admin - provide general admin support to your team. Anything they may need is down to you.

  • Health and safety QR - Uploading monthly documents into a share folder.

  • Meeting mins - attend meetings and take any meeting minutes, send out to who attended the meeting.

  • Energy queries and handover - Deal with any energy supplier queries and get any invoices amended. Handover any completed sites.

  • Handbook- Ensure handbook is always up to date and follows all policies and procedures.

  • Weekly site diaries and daily - Ensure site staff are doing their weekly and daily site diaries, chase any site staff that have not submitted theirs.

  • Havio health and safety close out - Ensure that all health and safety reports have been closed out each month.
