We are working with a company, based in the beautiful Westminster, who are looking for an Administrator for around 3 months. This will be working within their Diversity and Inclusion team.

This will be a varied role within administration, they are looking for someone driven and forward-thinking with strong administrative experience. This is a multi-faceted role supporting a specialist staff member.



JOB TITLE: Administrator - Diversity and Inclusion



JOB TYPE: Full time, 3-month Temporary Contract



COMPANY TYPE: Charity



SALARY: £15 - £16.50 per hour.



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm



LOCATION: Westminster, London

Responsibilities/Duties:

Diary management: Manage a busy and complex diary, organising meetings for a senior manager
liaising with several offices, and other staff identifying and booking venues for meetings and conferences, ensuring all other arrangements (including travel and overnight accommodation) are made.
Coordinating the agenda and discussion papers in advance of meetings
Taking minutes
Recording agreed actions during meetings.
Administrative support: Contributing to the smooth running of this area of work, e.g., responding to / redirecting queries from external contacts, paper and electronic filing, dealing with incoming post etc.


The successful candidate will have:

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally (face-to-face and on the telephone) and in writing.
Confident in working with numerical/financial information
Confidence in working with people from many different cultural backgrounds.
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, including Outlook email/diary management and excel.
High level of interpersonal and social skills, and able to relate to people at all levels whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Well organised, methodical and has strong attention to detail.
Able to manage conflicting priorities
