Salary £20-£25k


Location - Brighton, purely office based


Monday to Friday 37.5 hours


Client - education sector, small friendly and supportive office


Office Angels are partnering a well-known company in Brighton, who are looking for a Customer Service and Finance administrator to join the team.


About the role



  • Speaking to parents over the phone and via email, providing first class service for any enquiries

  • Ownership of shared inbox

  • Issuing invoices and processing payments

  • General finance administration, reconciliation, and processing payments

  • Updating internal systems to ensure accurate and compliant

  • Administration of welcome documents and leaver packs

  • General team and office administration


About you



  • Administration and customer service experience

  • Any finance experience is a bonus
