JOB TITLE: Administration Coordinator

Car driver Required due to location

HOURS: 37.5 Hours

SHIFT: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday working in the office

SALARY: £26,900 (either straight permanent or temp to perm option considered)

Our client is currently recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Role Responsibility:

  • Providing full administrative support to the senior team

  • Managing and prioritising a varied workload in a busy office whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Collating and preparing expense claims

  • Assisting with diary management

  • Project managing events, conferences and retreats includes co-ordinating with external suppliers & venues, budget management and payment of invoices

  • Screening calls - select and prioritise messages

  • Compiling reports, distribution, and formatting

  • Arranging complicated travel itineraries including booking travel, air, rail, car hire and hotels

  • Greeting visitors

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in office administration essential

  • Previous experience in maintaining records desirable

  • Excellent communicator - written and verbal.

  • Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes and Zoom

  • Analytical ability in order to identify and improve current processes and procedures

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise

  • Car Driver desirable
