About the role:

JOB TITLE: Administrator - Finance Department

JOB TYPE: Full time, permanent

HOURS: 08.30am - 17:00pm (Early finished on Fridays)

SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000

LOCATION: Central London

  • Manage Purchase Ledger inbox, responding to emails within 2 days

  • Issue invoices for approval to relevant individuals on a weekly basis

  • Chase approval of invoices on a weekly basis

  • Scan invoices onto SharePoint system on a regular basis

  • Barcode invoices for input

  • Assist with statement reconciliation

  • Deal with Purchase Ledger queries, both via email and telephone

  • Assist with filing and general clerical work within account department as and when required

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

  • Please note, full training can be provided

Experience, Attributes and Skills:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • An ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism, sensitivity, warmth, and diplomacy

  • Good level of IT skills, in particular MS Office

  • Discretion and an ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to adapt very quickly and handle multiple tasks at once

  • Works with a high level of integrity

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Strong willingness to learn new skills
