Salary: £13 - £14 per hour!

Type: Temporary

Location: Based in stunning offices a short walk from Cannon Street Station!

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - Hybrid working!

  • Join a team of successful administrators providing support to senior stakeholders and employees, answering enquiries and managing the company wide database.

  • Keep the office environment clean and tidy at all times, ensuring office snacks and drink are fully stocked

  • Organising and scheduling meeting rooms where necessary

  • Issuing invoices and raising PO's

  • Filing, printing and scanning all documents

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in the Charity sector is preferable

  • Ability to use and adapt to Microsoft packages and CRM systems

  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills

  • Bubbly and friendly personality
