JOB ROLE: School Administrator / Receptionist



JOB TYPE:
Temporary

SALARY:
£12-14/hour



LOCATION:
Chislehurst

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Represent the School as Front of House Ambassador

  • Always provide an outstanding customer service to both clients and colleagues

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Answering the telephones, directing calls to appropriate colleagues, taking accurate messages

  • Interact with other colleagues and carry out any administrative requests

  • Maintain database by entering new and updated information

  • Establish data entry priorities

  • Check work carefully before submitting


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Competent in meeting tight deadlines and working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision

  • Commitment to always maintaining confidentiality
