Role: Administrator

Location: Chislehurst/ Work from home

Salary: £20,000- £22,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm

We have teamed up with one of our clients based in Chislehurst looking to recruit for an Administrator to join their busy team.   • Using Word, preparing candidate submissions - must have Advanced Word skills

  • Preparing roles details/adverts and disseminating to candidate lists and web site

  • Calling/Resourcing candidates for roles

  • Exchanging emails with candidates and clients

  • Registering candidate details

  • Data entry including submission of candidates

  • Compliance of right to work documentation and validation

  • Preparing candidate interview details

  • Keeping spreadsheets up to date

  • Managing own and team inboxes

  • Answering the phone

  • CV Searching for suitable candidates (this could be via LinkedIn or CV Databases)

  • Ad hoc duties as required

Person specification:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Fast learner/willing to learn new skills

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Be able to work autonomously

  • Be able to work at pace and as part of a collective team

  • Have great Communication / relationship building skills- this position involves a high turnover of electronic communications and the successful candidate will quickly be able to identify those which need to be actioned quickly.

  • Organisation skills- you will be working on multiple different activities at the same time
