My client, a successful financial consultancy company based in Chelmsford, is seeking a professional and determined Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied role within the Operations team, full training will be provided along with the opportunity for sponsored relevant exams.
Duties:
- Supporting the Advisers by providing them with up-to-date client information for Annual Reviews.
- Dealing with client transactions.
- Completing Money Laundering checks and producing ML Certificates (MLC).
- Producing Transaction Confirmation letters.
- Dealing with associated client queries.
- Ensuring all data is captured and entered accurately.
- Adding and updating client details/policy information.
- Providing support to clients registering for the Client Portal.
- Providing support to internal staff.
- Producing MI reports.
- Sending annual client letters to update on their Drawdown policy.
- Sending dates to clients/prospects and updating meeting room calendar.
- Providing valuations on request.
Additional ad hoc duties: sending client mailers, marketing projects, advising clients of budget changes, rebalancing, ad hoc checks on investments.
