My client, a highly successful construction business based on the outskirts of Braintree is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain all round Administration experience working for a friendly and supportive busine01ss within lovely offices.



Duties:



  • PA duties to 3 Directors

  • Purchase invoice schedules

  • Dealing with invoices - printing and sorting to ensure all can be located easily

  • Dealing with tender documents

  • Printing, labelling and filing drawings correctly

  • Managing the invoice process to ensure all the information is accurate

  • Chasing proof of deliveries

  • Sending monthly C.I.S returns to the subcontractors

  • Making payments when required

  • HR admin duties - keeping track of holiday and sickness, updating colleague salaries, uploading new starters and ensuring contracts of employment are sent

  • Ordering materials for site

  • Arranging couriers

  • Ad hoc duties
