Job Title: Administrator (flexible hours)


Location: Bridgwater, Somerset


Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 PA DOE (Competitive benefits package including early Friday finish!)


Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8am - 1pm

With a growing customer base and increasing demand for their high-quality products, they are looking to build their administration team to contribute to their continued success.


The Role: You will be based in a small team of administrators and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.


Key Duties:



  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries.

  • Processing sales orders.

  • Preparing dispatch paperwork and booking couriers for dispatches.

  • Inputting purchase invoices.

  • Receiving stock into the stock management system.

  • Tracking and booking deliveries.

  • Inputting data into the accounting system.

  • Preparing and processing production paperwork for the factory.

  • Assisting with stock taking and reconciling stock.


The Candidate: You will have prior experience in an administrative role and be a fantastic communicator able to liaise with customers via email and over the phone in a polite and professional way. You will have a positive working attitude and be able to work successfully in a team environment. You will be confident using a computer and ideally have knowledge of an ERP system, although this is not essential. Attitude is key, you will be joining a down to earth and friendly team in a very supportive environment so good work values are important.
