Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)

Salary: Circa £24K PA dependant on experience

Hours: Permanent, Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunchbreak)

The role: This is a new position working within the operations team who additionally provide support to the executive team. This opportunity will suit someone who is process driven, organised and has good attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and really make the role their own.

Key Duties:

  • Assist the Operations team in the management of subscriptions, issuing quotes, raising invoices and processing orders.

  • Assist in the processing and shipping of website orders when required.

  • Assist in the management of office stock.

  • Maintain a fully functioning office by managing office equipment, keeping an up-to-date equipment log, reporting faults and arranging repair, maintaining office supplies and keeping the office tidy.

  • General office duties including scanning, photocopying and filing documents, receiving and welcoming visitors, opening, sorting and distributing mail.

  • Assist with arranging leadership and management meetings at the Bridgwater Office or at other locations.

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the Executive team and visitors.

  • Assist with maintaining up to date employee training and Health and Safety records.

The person:

You will have experience using MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook and have prior administration experience. You will be a good problem solver and be comfortable talking on the telephone. You will need to be a strong communicator and work well in a team environment. Prior experience using a CRM system, Office 365, SharePoint or OneDrive would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be given.
