Days/ Hour of work: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:30

An exciting company based in Brentwoodare looking for a committed and dedicated Project Administrator to join their friendly team. As a Project Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, complaints and queries, booking in works and processing paperwork. Duties
- Providing customers with a friendly, helpful and positive experience
- Overseeing customer orders, ensuring orders are delivered within the agreed time frame, while always keeping customers informed
- Answering any queries that customers may have
- Coordinating delivery times
- Keeping customer details up to date on internal systems
- Escalating any complex issues to the Services Manager and assisting to resolve these
- Working a team to find solutions to any challenges that rise
- Working cross-functionally with the warehouse and production teams
- Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships

- You'll have previously worked in a customer focused role
- You are patient and empathetic
- You will be a calm and supportive employee who enjoys interacting with clients
- You are someone who can remains calm in challenging situation

- You'll have a good knowledge of MS packages
- You'll have a proactive mindset
