Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm (hybrid working after 6-month probation)



My client, a professional financial services business based in Brentwood is seeking a confident Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.



Must be a car driver due to the nature of this role.



Duties will include, but will not be limited to:



  • Obtaining all necessary information to upload to the system

  • Preparing and sending letters and other correspondence to employees

  • Processing employee claims forms against company records

  • Preparing and submitting required forms to enable employee claims to be processed and paid

  • Liaising with employees over the phone and via email regarding queries on their entitlements/claims

  • Liaising with Case Administrators and wider teams across the company

  • Supporting multiple offices

  • Liaising with various external employees daily

  • Attending site visits, advising employees on processes

  • Meeting deadlines
