Job role: Administrator

Salary: £20,000 + Company Benefits (20 day AL + Bank Holiday, Pension, Free Parking, Private Medical)

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 40 between: 8:00 - 17:00

Location: Small Heath

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a well established client of ours; working in a small team of two you will be supporting the operational side of the business with day to day administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a face paced, highly driven team where you will be an integral part of the business.

The key responsibilities of an Administrator will be but not limited to:

  • Provide first class Customer Service to client

  • Purchasing, including supplying PO Number and chasing outstanding orders

  • Managing delivery notes

  • Support with all Health and Safety

  • Transport Administration

  • General Administrative tasks

The successful Administrator will posses the following skills:

  • Highly organised

  • Confident IT skills

  • Be accurate have a excellent attention to detail

  • Work to tight deadlines
