Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9.00 am until 17.00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 16:30 pm

Office Angels are delighted to be working alongside a leading design company based in Central Birmingham to assist with the recruitment of an experienced, confident and enthusiastic telemarketing professional.


As an Administrator you will work closely and directly with the design and customer services team whilst holding the responsibility to respond to customer enquiries from a recent and highly successful TV advertising campaign.


The successful Administrator will possess the following skills & duties:



  • Light customer service

  • Inputting data onto bespoke CRM systems

  • Assisting operations and sales teams with administration duties as required

  • Collating brochures

  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the relevant department / person.
