Role: x2 Administrators
Location: Central Birmingham
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 08:30 -17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Bonus: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5% pension, free city centre parking, newly refurbished offices
This role will include:
- First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
- Supporting sales team with administration
- Formatting quotes
- Arranging appointments for surveyors and contractors
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems and records
- Producing insurance and warranty certificates
- Submitting claims
- Managing complaints
We would love to speak to you if you have:
- Previous administrative experience
- Flexible in your approach & happy to help out with a variety of tasks
- A professional manner
