Job Role: Administrator (Band 4)

Length of Contract: 4 Months, starting immediately

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Hours: 0830 to 1630 - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Birmingham City Centre to join their team for 4 months.

About you:

  • Solid administration background

  • Great attention to detail

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload

  • Able to work both as part of a team and also able to use your initiative

  • Organised

  • Confident communicator, able to speak to people at all levels

Main Duties:

  • To lead and oversee the front of house function including corporate facilities, reception and administration.

  • To deliver an effective and competent level of administrative support to the executive team and wider organisation.

  • The post-holder will be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders and will be expected to provide an excellent level of customer service.

  • The post-holder will need to be able to deal with a wide range of queries demonstrating knowledge of the organisation for which training will be provided.

  • To work as part of the Executive Office Team.
