Job role: Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30 (30min for lunch)

Our client a rapidly expanding and successful Consultancy firm are opening new offices in Birmingham are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. Initially working from home (until safe to return to the office) you will support the Birmingham team and the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Occasional travel to London maybe required.

The main role and responsibilities include:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the wider team including

  • Arranging travel for Birmingham team

  • Assisting with the organisation of events

  • Meeting and greeting of all visitors

  • Assisting with enquiries and management of general e-mail inbox

  • First point of contact for incoming calls

  • Organising conference calls

  • Ordering office supplies

Key Skills and Experience for the Administrator:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Fantastic customer service skills

  • A flexible work approach

  • Excellent communicator

  • Previous Office Administration and Reception experience

  • MS Office skills - experience formatting documents

  • Ability to manage your own workload
