We are currently recruiting for a Construction business based in Bedford, Bedfordshire



  • Salary: £20-23,000

  • Hours: 8:30-17:30

  • Expertise: Administrative/document support/coordinator

  • Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday, training, progression opportunities, early finish on a Friday.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


* Review and request the relevant onboarding documentation, such as: emergency contacts, qualification paperwork, national security numbers.


* Support in carrying out regular audit checks to ensure consistency.


* Be a source of truth on all onboarding related matters for all the stakeholders involved, including Recruiting Managers, the HR Business Partner, Payroll Manager, Compliance Manager, Remote Ops Managers, and Internal IT.


* Communicate and provide weekly updates to the Payroll Manager regarding new starters and labour.


* Maintain our 'minimum turnover' of workforce objective by ensuring a first-class service to all new starters.



PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE:


* 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced position.


* Experience working within a similar role.


* Knowledge regarding onboarding processes.


* Business Diploma e.g., a CIPD desirable.


* Have prior experience in a similar role, understand how important that role is for employee experience and for the success of the whole organisation.


* Have prior experience in working with onboarding and HRMS systems.
