Do you have experience within Banking or Financial Services? Can you demonstrate knowledge of banking regulations/Bank Account opening and closing?

Using your experience within financial services you will be completing a variety of tasks within your role to include:



  • Delivering outstanding service to the Bank's savers, opening business accounts

  • Processing deposit administrative tasks efficiently

  • Handling customer enquiries

  • Processing postal and online applications

  • Completing due diligence checks

  • Processing account maturities

  • Entering deposit data into in-house system

  • Conducting account reconciliations and investigating any unusual items

  • Generating accurate reports from the system and bespoke databases

  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

  • Applying an organised and methodical approach along with your excellent numerical ability


Ideally you will have a strong administrative background in banking, savings or financial services and an understanding of industry regulations.


The location of the office is ideally situated close to the town centre with access to supermarkets, shops and cafes as well as beautiful walks along the river.


The role will be office based to start with however once you have completed your initial training they offer an agile working policy: the option to work from home 1-2 days and the office and flexibility on the days in doing so in line with business needs.
