Customer Support Administrator


We're looking for an Administrator to join one of the most renowned charities in the UK.


This is a Permanent role due to start in July 2022.


£20,000 per annum.

What you will be doing…



  • Assisting volunteers with any queries regarding payments and resource materials

  • Entering any relevant information and keeping databases up to date

  • General admin duties

  • Answering calls from volunteers


To be successful in this role you'll have…



  • Experience of office admin

  • IT literate

  • Good telephone manner
