Administrator - 20 hours a week - self invoice

We're looking for very experienced PART TIME Administrator who can demonstrate being organised, self motivated and efficient, this role is very different so please read the whole spec

As the part time Administrator you will work from home and this will be permanent post Covid, you will work 4 hours per day and those hours can be chosen by yourself to offer flexibility, you will not work directly for the client you will invoice the client monthly for the hours worked

As the Administrator we are looking for a candidate who can offer flexibility and doesn't mind that each week could be different

As the Administrator we are looking for you to be able to manage the following tasks

  • Supporting the Lead Administrator

  • Answering queries in a timely manner

  • Liaising with various contacts with updates

  • Managing a diary

  • Sending out confirmation

  • Setting up webinars

  • Database management

  • Embedding videos

  • Attend meetings

  • Co-ordinate activities

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to be very IT savvy as you will be setting up spreadsheets including CSV files, using PowerPoint for webinars as well as data management.
