A bit about the company:
Our client is a world leading security company who are currently on the look out for a super organised and vibrant office administrator to join them for 3 months to support on an data cleansing administrator role! You will be a very tech savvy individual who loves being a great support to a wider team and can not only work well with a wider team but also have the ability to work well on our own!



What you will be getting up to daily:



  • Supporting with a data cleansing administration project

  • Utilising company directory to contact members of the team to ensure all information on file is correct

  • Updating data in the company's system and spreadsheets

  • Update any new or changed information into the system

  • Answering the department phones and assist with any queries

  • Escalate and queries or questions to the department manager

  • Supporting with all adhoc administration tasks

  • Supporting with email management



Who you are:



  • Possesses very strong attention to detail and methodical in approach

  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Strong written and verbal skill set

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Patient, responsive and demonstrates a positive attitude

  • Proficient in word processing and use of spreadsheets to maintain records of information
