Job Role -

Administrative Assistant responsibilities preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Office ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation etc).

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/Dashboards on Salesforce and Microsoft excel.

Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive organisation initiatives with respect to automation.

Identify the issues / concerns that need to be resolved.

Document the responses received in prescribed format.

Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
