JOB TITLE: Administrative Associate


LOCATION: Central Brighton/Remote (flexible blend)


Co. TYPE: Market leading, global financial services/insurance company


HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (however your new employer operates a flexible working policy between the hours of 8am - 6pm)


SALARY: £23,000 p/a - £27,000 p/a

We're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit an Administrator to join a very friendly team! This is a brand new additional role that has come about due continued company growth and expansion.


Our client is based in impressive, modern offices in central Brighton, however your new employer offers a flexible blend of remote/office based working.


Full training will be provided, and excellent career progression opportunities are available within this organisation.


Your day to day duties will include:



  • Allocating funds, reconciliation of debtors, creditors and cash

  • Liaising with clients over email and telephone, dealing with queries

  • Credit control

  • Housekeeping and updating of company client database

  • Maintaining reports

  • Provide other ad-hoc admin duties as required


If the following sounds like you, then we'd love to speak with you!



  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular MS Office Suite and Excel - must be confident with spreadsheets

  • Strong administration skills, ideally within financial services or insurance, however this is not essential as full training with be given

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Numerical, with good levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Keen to progress, and happy to undertake training and gain professional qualifications
