JOB ROLE: Administrative Assistant



COMPANY: Training provider



JOB TYPE: Full time, 12 month fixed term contract



HOURS: 09.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (2/3 days in the office)



SALARY: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum



LOCATION: Nearest Tube: Oval

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


The Administrative Assistant has responsibility for key day-to-day functions across the business, and supports colleagues to increase overall capacity within the team.



  • Finance - Issuing invoices, reconciling payments and adding booking details to database

  • Office Support - Filing, website updates, ordering stock and supplies, managing post, keeping the plants alive!

  • Training Support - amending bookings, adding new client details, website content updates, tracking registers

  • eLearning Support - Posting materials, creating and updating spreadsheets, packaging materials

  • Certificates - Creating and posting qualification certs




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience working independently in an administrative role, meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)

  • Experience in being proactive, demonstrating excellent organisational and multitasking ability (and able to provide examples)

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building, with professional tone when corresponding via email, telephone and in-person

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Degree-educated (or equivalent)
