We are looking for an experience Receptionist with Administration experience to join our client based in Westminster on a temporary basis. The ideal Candidate must be able to start immediately and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a DBS



Role: Administrator - DBS


HOURS: 8.30 - 4pm


SALARY: £12 per hour


LOCATION: Westminster

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES



  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception, client facing meeting rooms and lounge areas with a smile in a friendly, professional and courteous manner

  • Looking after all internal and external clients when in FOH areas-providing directions, support and care

  • Working with confidential information

  • Managing Emails/Inbox in a timely manner

  • Administration of student bursaries, ensuring the completion of various required documentation in line with finance policy. Supporting and liaising with students regarding bursary queries, tracking expenses and advising on allowable expenditure in line with the policy

  • To ensure the academy minibus is regularly checked by a qualified MiDAS driver and records are maintained

  • Provide general clerical/administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, e-mailing, completing standard forms, responding to routine correspondence

  • Undertake various administrative duties and procedures; maintaining and collating student reports

  • Undertake routine administration of school lettings and other uses of school premises.

  • Provide timely and effective operation of secretarial and administrative support to the Principal and the Senior Leadership team

  • Maintain tracking for students on exclusion; and dealing with the communication and correspondence to parents, staff and students relating to this



PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES



  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong MS Skills including word, Excel, outlook

  • A good understanding of customer care

  • The Ability to work on own initiative

  • Detail oriented and organised
