JOB TITLE: Administration Coordinator

LOCATION: Sherborne, Dorset

SALARY: £18,000 - £22,000 PA DOE

HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

THE COMPANY: We are working in partnership with a highly established business within the technical industry who have a rare opportunity for a like-minded individual to join an enthusiastic, fun and dynamic team.

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for supporting the Projects Team by providing coordination for telecoms and IT services. You will regularly liaise with key suppliers, internal teams and customers through all stages of the delivery process ensuring customer journey milestones are achieved. You will keep customers and internal teams fully informed of any timelines, delivery dates, change, queries or delays and assist the project team with ad-hoc tasks.


  • Coordinating and documenting the onboarding of new customers and upgrading existing customers telecoms and IT services with suppliers.

  • Liaising with relevant teams to deliver products and services as agreed with the customer, meeting the agreed customer journey milestones.

  • Ensuring that all relevant information and updates are documented in Salesforce.

  • Assisting with following up return of engineer's notes, site visit tasks.

  • Administration of engineer certification and access cards.


The successful applicant will have prior experience in a coordination role where you have had to liaise with many parties in order to drive a service forward. You will need to have good knowledge of MS Office. Strong customer service experience is essential as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills. You will be proactive in your working manner and be able to coordinate projects within set timescales.
