Are you an experienced Administrator with an experience supporting a small team? Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Administration Coordinator to support a small team of 6 based in Exhall, Coventry.


Job responsibilities of a Administration Coordinator:



  • Monitor enquiries and assisting in preparing proposals and tender responses

  • Managing and updating the sales log system

  • Supporting the customer service team with customer enquiries

  • Support the account management & operations team, including raising supplier POs, managing suppliers, monitoring stock

  • Supporting the event teams

  • First point of contact for telephone and visitors

  • Liaising with internal departments

  • Providing general admin support


The ideal Administration Coordinator will possess:



  • EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service

  • Be confident with a strong work ethic

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Relevant experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment

  • Adept at Microsoft Word and Excel
