Administration Co-ordinator - City Centre

We are recruiting for an experienced Administration Co-ordinator to work flexi hours to start either 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday depending on your preference to be part of a small team based in Derby to provide administrative support to your colleagues in the Derby office and remote support to other Centres.

As the Administration Co-ordinator your role includes:

Assist BD team as required to take bookings and answer enquiries via telephone or email.

Manage key client SLA's including collating feedback, results and cancellation data and assist to resolve any issues to reduce delays.

Raise purchase orders for Associate Trainers delivering at our training centres or at customers' own sites.

Liaise with 3rd Party providers

Use social media platforms to promote the business and course dates.

Prepare certificates of achievement/attendance as required and send to client.

Support the team in booking travel and accommodation.

Record all hotel bookings and Rail purchases on Credit card and Hotel logs, flagging spend limit issues if necessary.

Arrange Fedex delivery / collections between centres as required.
