Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that the office is well-organised and presentable.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc assignments as requested by the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A professional approach to handling confidential information.
