Administration Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for a prestigious company based in Trafford Park. This will be a Temp to Perm opportunity and will require candidates who are immediately available to start. As this is an office based role you must be able to get to Trafford Park via car or public transport (there is a tram and bus stop nearby).

The main duties for the Administration Assistant role will be as follows:
General administration support
Answering phones and dealing with queries
Meeting & greeting visitors to the office
Handling post
Assisting with some accounts duties
Processing expenses
Booking travel

Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate previous office based experience. You will be a quick learner and will have a positive and proactive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as is the ability to manage a busy workload. Good PC skills are a must. In return for your hard work you will receive excellent training and upon being made permanent will have the opportunity to grow your experience further.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5pm and Friday 8.45am - 3.30pm.

They are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start and is available on a long term basis.
